Iran goes to the finals

Iran needed just 15 minutes to resolve his game against Portugal.

Mehdi Jamali scored a hat trick in 15 minutes and Amir Amjadian added another one for a total score of 4-0 just in the first half.

Then Saleh Hosein, Iran Head Coach , made some substitutions to reserve their best players legs.

But Portugal kept on pushing and had some good opportunities to open their score. Fruit of that control Tiago Ramos received a clear penalty that Vitor Vilarinho converted in their first and only goal.

The second half was very competed and just one more goal was performed by Iran through Amir Amjadian.

On 6th of August will play against Venezuela for the Bronze medal and Iran will challenge Scotland in the great final.
