Denmark - Egypt

In the first match of the 2022 IFCPF World Championships Egypt surprised with a victory against Denmark. Although it was the first appearance of an Egyptian team in an international IFCPF event they played without fear.

The Danish players seemed nervous and could not find to their level they supposed to be. The Danish coach stated that Egypt deserve the win and that his players were very nervous for the opening match.
It was player Mohammed Asaad who scored the first goal in the event. At half time the score was 1 โ€“ 3.

In the second half the Danish team played more pressure and had a couple of good chances however the victory never in danger for Egypt.

Final score 1 โ€“ 4.
