Goalkeepers rely on safe hands to protect their goal. Maintain clean hands with regular and thorough hand washing with soap or using an alcohol-based solution.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth and face to protect your own body.

Cover your mouth and nose if you cough or sneeze with a clean tissue and then dispose. If you don’t have a tissue to hand then use your bent elbow.
