Friendly match for Pararoos in warm up for CP Football World Championships

In warm up for the CP Football World Championships which kicks off on 16th August, players from the FA Regional CP Centres of Excellence took on Australia's Pararoos in a friendly match at St Georges Park.

In the first half the Pararoos had more of the possesion and also led the scoring, looking to continue this for the duration of play. However, following the half-time break and a reshuffle for both teams, the FA CP CofE team started the second half in fighting spirit. Through a number of quick breaks, the team of young players worked hard to bring the scoreline to a 3 -3 conclusion which was a fair representation of the efforts of both teams.

Representing their first game together in quite a few months, the Paraoos relished the opportunity to be back on the pitch and play against young up and coming players from England.
