The final game of the day and of group saw the United States take on Ireland in a match that determined who finished third and fourth in the group. The first half was closely fought, with both teams having good chances. The United States held Ireland to one goal, scored by Dillon Sherindan.
The second half was all about Ireland, with the team controlling the pace of the game. Sherindand scored two for the Irish to get himself the first hat trick of the tournament. His teammates then got in on the goal scoring with Darragh Snell and Tomiwa Badun claiming one each.
