A first great first half from the Canandians finished with a 1-0 half time thanks to a free kick scored by Samuel Charron.

But at the second half Ireland improved and started to control the game. Dillon Sheridan scored twice times and a last goal from Joe Markey fixed the final victory for the Irish.

Ireland will now play versus Canada for the 9th position and Canada will face Ausralia.
