In the bronze medal match Japan beats The Netherlands with 4 โ€“ 1. After the easy win in the first round The Netherlands was better prepared and gave Japan more resistance. However the Japanese player Ohta Mai scored the first goal already in the 3rd minute. With some chances for both teams it was again Ohta Mai who doubled the score. In the second half The Netherlands put more pressure on the defense of Japan and were several times close to a goal. However it was again Japan that scored but number 7 Lyan Kas defeated the Japanese goalkeeper in the same minute. With some exciting moments for both goals a last goal was made by Japan.
