IFCPF and host organisation FEDPC are proud to announce the schedule for the 2019 IFCPF World Cup in Seville. The Dutch CP Football national team was challenged to a match by a celebrity team consisting of former football players such as Glenn Helder and Pascal Bosschaart and a mixture of other Dutch celebrities.  

Let's meet Bryan Kilpatrick Elliott. This twelve-year-old is a very active CP Football player and IFCPF are very happy to announce that the player of Fishlake Falcons, CP United and the Cerebral Palsy talent pathway squad has agreed to become our first Youth Ambassador.  

Over the weekend of 9th-11th February IFCPF was invited to Japan to deliver a training workshop to support Esperanza’s launch of Frame Football  and further develop knowledge of CP Football, with more than 100 people participated throughout the 3 days.

IFCPF have reviewed applications for hosting Female CP Football Development Camps in 2019, with the aim to build upon last year’s camp in Barcelona. Upon review the countries chosen to host are Australia (Asia-Oceania), Trinidad & Tobago (Americas) and the Netherlands (Europe).

The Chilean Paralympic Committee and the Santo Tomas education corporation organized the first workshop of CP Football in the southern city of Osorno on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th of January. Twenty sports and health university students participated.  

IFCPF is very disappointed that at today’s International Paralympic Committee (IPC) Governing Board meeting in London, the Board confirmed that the sport of CP Football was not selected be part of the Paris 2024 Sport Programme. Although CP Football is considered to be a viable sport.
