IFCPF have delivered a three day CP Football course in Tblisi, Georgia, in which 17 very motivated participants have learned about CP Football and what it means to coach football players with CP. The course was a combined effort of the Georgian Football Federation (GFF) and the National Sport Federation of Children with Disabilities of Georgia.  

Today at 9:00am ECT, the tournament draw for the 2018 IFCPF Americas Championships took place in Quito, Ecuador. We are delighted that at the recent IPC Governing Board meeting in Madrid, the Board confirmed that the sport of CP Football is compliant with the core criteria for Games inclusion and therefore will be considered for inclusion in the Paris 2024 sport programme. Classifier training and accreditation held in South Africa in March 2018 and Netherlands in July 2018 has seen three new International Classifiers successfully gain accreditation.  

Bringing together individuals from countries including Spain, Japan, Netherlands and Trinidad & Tobago, the IFCPF Female CP Football development group is encouraging female players worldwide to step onto the field and fall in love with the beautiful game.
